Netbooks aren't the only kind of compact, low-power 32-bit computers. There 
are for example small headless servers from Soekris, Mini-ITX boards from 
several manufacturers, and many brands of miniature desktop computers such 
as "eBox"; and retailers exist in Western Europe:
