There are packages in Fedora where Redhat is the sole upstream. Some
of these packages contain patches (yes, upstream uses patches on its
own code) that aren't "fully suitable for upstream yet". The quotes
are the words of the upstream, a.k.a. Redhat.

Doesn't that make you feel like a guinea pig?
