Has already been explained on test-list, in the thread "Lastest F11
updates not signed" (sic):

"Yes. This is my fault. I tagged some packages late yesterday for legal
reasons and forgot to tell Jesse about them, so they got pushed
unsigned. They will be fixed with the next push.
