xulrunner-1.9.1.1-1.fc11.x86_64 update pulls in i586 packages

So is there a reason why that must be the case?

It's been suggested (by Christopher Aillon in bug 517665) that not
automatically generating the arch-specific provides is a bug in
rpmbuild.
