I suggest to use 
repoquery --whatrequires ImageMagick
and
repoquery --disablerepo=\* --enablerepo=rawhide --whatrequires
ImageMagick
and mail all the owners of the packages directly. You can use
<packagename>-owner at fedoraproject.org instead of looking up the
individual addresses.
