The maintainership of webkitgtk

Not like I need another package, but I use midori full time and follow
webkitgtk somewhat, so I would be happy to be around to update it. 

I did build a local 1.2.3 version here to play around with it, so I
have the spec changes already, I'd be happy to commit/build/comaintain
too.
