F14/F13 - system-config-display - should it work?

I updated system yesterday, installed scd just now:

Isn't all the python 2.7 dep pushing done yet? Is there some other problem here?

Doesn't work in F13 either:
# system-config-display

	import system_config_keyboard.keyboard as keyboard
ImportError: No module named system_config_keyboard.keyboard
