abrt-1.1.13-1 does not allow bugzilla?!?

Can you please run:

rpm -qa | grep abrt

to check if you have installed all the required packages? Or you can try
to install:

$ yum install abrt-desktop

which should pull-in all the plugins required by the default
configuration including the bz plugin. (btw, I just tried that on my
testing machine and it works)
