So sorry, it was not at all my intention to be unfriendly.  I was simply
trying to keep the email short and direct.  I completely understand how a
short direct email might come off as not being friendly and I am very
sorry if that is how it came off.  Once again my apologies and I'll make
sure to not be short and direct in the future but excellent and friendly.
