That isn't anything like obvious, because development of Fedora 15
has started _months_ ago, and the ".fc15" dist tag has been used for
several months already. Hence I wanted to know whether "recent" might
refer to builds done in the last week or the last days.

This is wrong. It is still possible to alter the default buildarch.
