Mumble's package owner is non-responsive, I wish to take over the package

Enough time has passed now. Igor is now officially considered missing in
action.

As a FESCO member I hereby approve Andreas' request to take over
maintainership of mumble. The package needs to be reviewed again, please
open a new review request for this.
