No lzma sdk in fedora

I'd be a lot more likely to just do the squashfs part. The default is still
to use zlib. Messing with livecd-creator seems a bit more risky at this
stage. I was hoping I could get it done for F13, but the squashfs tools
build ended up being complicated by the lzma issues.
