I'm mass-filing bugs right now.  The ones failing for Implicit DSO
Linking will block 564245, which itself blocks F13FTBFS.  All other
failures will block F13FTBFS as usual.

If you've fixed your packages since 2/10, you can simply close your
bugs CLOSED RAWHIDE.
