Help needed: patching EMBOSS to use system pcre, expat and zlib

Hi Chen,

I tried having a look, but I'm not sure how to check that exactly. I
tried diffing the sources against the upstream source, but it's hard for
me to tell anything. The diffs are attached.
In case the uncompressed diffs don't get through moderation, here are
the compressed ones.
