Heads up! Broken deps in Upgrade from 12 to 13

This may be caused by the fact that monodevelop-debugger-mdb used
"ExclusiveArch: %ix86" in F12 and
"ExclusiveArch: %ix86 x86_64 ia64 armv4l sparcv9 alpha s390 s390x" in
F13 and the devel branch.

What would be the appropriate fix here?
