Orphaning Candidate packages for removal due to FTBFS, implications

The SVN::Mirror module seems to have problems with subversion 1.6. The
author doesn't seem to have done anything with the module since 2008
including responding to the upstream bug. It will probably need to be
removed since I don't have the knowledge to fix it. The perl-SVK
package requires perl-SVN-Mirror but it is for an optional feature. I
could make a new package that removes the dependency.

Sorry, I have been neglecting my packages for all the usual reasons.
I'll give them the attention they need.
