Pulseaudio update issue...

So I just noticed it yet again... I moved some around and it went away, 
but I can't seem to reproduce it again by moving them back. Is there a 
command I can do to get a snapshot of current levels etc? Especially if 
I can have it load them back in after changing... so I can see what 
fixes what.
