I like these the most. A concerted push to clear NEEDSPONSOR would be
good anyhow. Btw. in case someone is looking to sponsor someone but did
not find someone who is ready, I would sponsor this one, if I currently
had more time to re-familiarize myself with the packaging guidelines:

The problem with this one is that the maintainers are often not that
much into reviews. Maybe we can do this and allow provenpackagers to
commit the fixes and then have an action week to clear the NEEDSPONSOR
blocker and the merge reviews and e.g. another week later an action day
to allow provenpackagers to address all unhandled issues.
