Sure. I planned to write up something internally (because of some
additional features available for RHEL development), but I can also put
something on the Fedora wiki sometime too. I'm glad we do whining email
support because many BZs blanketly disable "Administration" feature to
non-admin users (e.g. other distributions and upstream BZs).
