Upstream bugs vs. Fedora bugs: KDE people do it wrong

wtf? You can not be serious!
It's the duty of every maintainer to accept responsibility for his/her
package(s).
If there is no responsibility granted for packages in an important
distribution like fedora, they should be kicked out (the packages and
the maintainers)!
I'm happy that this sentence is not an official statement...

BTW: The update marathon of the KDE-SIG in stable releases is wholly
unacceptable for me.

This is tbs, they don't need to be a developer or a super coder to fix
a bug, a good communication with upstream will help to fix bugs asap.
