Upstream bugs vs. Fedora bugs: KDE people do it wrong

It isn't - we try to contribute upstream as much as possible - our goal - but 
you never can understand everything in a such a big project(s). Even core 
developers sometimes are not sure about consequences of the bug fix. But that's 
the nice thing on open source - collaboration! You are never alone ;-)
