Please move your ABRT bugs upstream

I want to do this, but I need to verify first if the bug is packaging
related or upstream related.

However I get these bugs filed via abrt that do not contain any
information other than the backtrace. Abrt used to have a field to put
down the steps to reproduce.

Is this field gone now? Or is it just that the user is too lazy? Also
the users don't seem to reply to my questions in the abrt-filed bugs.
Do they not get subscribed to bugzilla? How can I make sure that they
receive the follow-ups in the bug report?

Sorry, if these were discussed before. Please give references if this
was the case.
