Retire glib and gtk+ 1.2 from rawhide?

lack of support for utf-8 does not mean it can not be done. I am using a patched
dillo version for years now with xft+utf8.

Regarding security, I would not bet on the modern alternatives either although I have
experienced myself how diddifcult it is to keep gtk-1.2 in shape.
