Confused with budhi: my package is pushed to stable, but resides in updates-testing!?!

ok. I think I have tagged it so it should go out in the next push. 

I'll ask Luke when he gets back why it might not have gone out. 

Moving forward, perhaps get someone else to test and +1 the package?
