[HEADS-UP] Moving /var/run and /var/lock to tmpfs in Rawhide

That sounds like creating a directory at the boot time
though, does this mean rebooting are required to get it
working anyway? even though it worked without rebooting
before, isn't it a kind of regression? or am I missing
something I can do in the scriptlet to create the directory
immediately?
