Is this (broken keyboard layouts) a Fedora 14 Blocker bug?!

Maybe. But in my case, no characters are emitted at all in those cases. 
I've tried some other layouts and in my tests, any characters defined 
using its unicode hex code has stopped working. It is even not shown in 
the gnome's layout preview.
