Putting cross compilers into Fedora

Depends on what you wanna do with it.  For linux kernel cross builds as 
asked for in the mail starting this thread just gcc+binutils will do 
fine.  For cross-compiling userspace bits too you'll indeed need alot 
more stuff ...
