Reminder: Rebuild all translated packages

Dear package maintainers

This is kind reminder.
It was software translation deadline on 2010-09-07, and many languages 
translation have been updated or completed 100%. Please make sure latest 
translation are picked up for rebuilding packages. It is expected to 
rebuild all translated packages between 2010-09-07 and 2010-09-14.
This ensures that all translation work will be included in Beta and GA 
releases.
