Actually Jasper deserves more thanks than I do. (But I'll take some as well.)

I tried to keep the authors of patches correct in upstream commits unless
I made significant changes (and didn't want blame going to the wrong person),
but I screwed up on at least one (where I was listed as the author instead
of signed-off-by person).
