intel usb storage driver issue still open after over two years...

Hi guys and galls,
just take a peak at this bug:

Over 2 years and counting and it is still alive and kicking ;)

If I can help in anyway to collect some info from few intel machines I
have just say what you need.

I'm almost positive that this is an intel usb storage driver issue
because I don't see it on non-intel machines with same external usb
device.
