PHP 5.4 as Fedora 17 feature ?

Please do, if you have the time!

Is this a good time to reconsider the ZTS stuff?  Should we continue 
shipping a standalone -zts SAPI build, but no modules?  Or start 
building modules?  Or drop it?  I kind of regret doing this half-assed 
to begin with!  Any & all opinions welcome.
