Smolt will never go anywhere as long as it uses decimal (base ten)
when identifying PCI devices.  Everybody else in the whole world
uses hexadecimal (base sixteen).  The discrepancy is fatal
for usability, even within Fedora itself.  (Witness "lspci -n".)
