Rawhide F-14 build inheritance

Has F-14 build inheritance been disabled in Rawhide composes?  If yes, I have 
missed or forgotten about the announcement which the latter ticket refers to, 
and couldn't find it quickly browsing through the announce@ and devel-
announce@ archives.

If it has been disabled, I hope someone will be running the upgrade path 
checker script (not sure where the current version of it lives) and posting 
results here and/or maintainer nagmails before F-15.
