If you look in your sources file you will see: 

d25559c1adb7bbdbb254206b7464dc78  cppad-20110101.0.gpl.tgz

So, the file in the lookaside cache doesn't match up. ;( 

Try fedpkg new-sources again on the file to re-upload it, check in the
new sources file and see if that gets it working.
