sorry, but this does not intesrest endusers

FIX IT BEFORE replace for ages existing behavior or do not touch
it since the userbase have arranged with "many other problems" and
is running working systems

it is bad practice to break known behavior to fix some undefined
things - if a drop-in replacement is ready do it, if not it is
not a drop-in replacement
