Review of libmodbus package

Hello,

I've just submit a request to review my package for libmodbus.

This library implements the Modbus protocol which is often used
in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), power meter and various
industrial devices. My library is used by many companies for years
and contain unit tests and documentation so I think the project
is in good shape to be reviewed for inclusion in a distribution.

About myself, I contributed to the GNOME project in the past
(translation, patches and Damned Lies)
and I'm an Open Source fan!
