Rawhide should take turns with F-16 Branched

FYI, we hope to have some new hardware in place soon, and I was hoping
to make another/seperate instance that runs the branched compose
(currently both branched and rawhide happen on the same instance). 

That should make the branched compose finish a good deal quicker
hopefully.
