special thanks to Tomasz Torcz (below)
the simple-version with "ExecStart=/usr/sbin/dbmail-imapd -D" seems to work for now

BTW:
i am using dbmail-2.2.17-11.fc15.rh.20110614.x86_64
because dbmail is here in production use and no
RCs wanted this time

i hope the fedora-packagers are wakeing up because it is frustrating
to write the startup-items for most used services and seeing
a total mix of systemd / sysvinit on any machine

MISSING:
* sshd
* mysqld
* postfix
* postgrey
* dbmail (all services)
