Strange koji issue (apache/perl/mock related)

Hi,

I am facing a weird issue with koji and rawhide/f16:


When trying to build perl-Plack in koji, the f16 built fails:

with a seemingly networking related error from its testsuite:

Building almost identical srpms for f13, f14, f15 succeed:

f13: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2881677

with the testsuite issuing a warning, but the build otherwise completing 
successfully:
