hplip (hp-plugin) installs binary-only plugins and firmware into system directories without RPM control

AFAICT from poking around the binaries, they are statically linked,
so one would have to replace the whole plugin.

http://hplip.sourceforge.net/plugin.conf contains the URLs for the
binaries if anyone wants to see for themselves.
