New build of fedpkg (fedora-packager) coming to updates-testing / rawhide

Just for the sake of people who were not watching IRC at the right 
moment, all those patches were pushed to the tree (thanks for giving me 
the access), so fedora-hosted (which I have immediately symlinked to 
trac command) now works as kind of useful trac CLI client.

Not sure whether this will go to the next release though.
