If it's many users who are affected by the same bug, surely one of them
can contribute a little bit and report the bug directly to the software
developers. This is especially true for bugs the package maintainer cannot
reproduce.

Refusal to help with testing and bug-reporting will backfire eventually.
It will be one of the users who will start whining about a pet peeve bug.

Still, a user reporting a bug in Fedora bugzilla should get _some_
response rather sooner than later, even if it were a canned response or a
fully automated one.

Btw, with ABRT, many users just dump their report into bugzilla with only
a few added words (if at all) and without out paying attention to NEEDINFO
or questions asked by the package maintainer(s).
