Changing kernel API / Breaking VirtualBox - update criteria violation?

This has been fixed upstream but F15 kernel is a specific case since it 
doesn't follow upstream versionning. If we were shipping VirtualBox, 
this would be quite trivial to fix but we don't (maybe upstream or third 
party packagers may fix their F15 packages accordingly)
