Unresponsive Package Maintainer - Štěpán Kasal

I'm following the procedure at:

Does anyone know how to contact Štěpán Kasal (user kasal)? He is not answering 
e-mails at his listed address (I've written directly to kasal at ucw.cz on 
2011/07/27 regarding bug 700405) or the following Bugzilla reports:
