It's been submitted for inclusion in drivers/staging, which isn't
exactly the same thing as inclusion in the kernel.

It will be enabled when it moves out of drivers/staging and into the
actual mainline kernel.  That won't be during F16.  It's remotely
possible it will happen for f17 but I wouldn't count on it.
