Xfce 4.10pre1 in rawhide

greetings. 

Xfce 4.10pre1 is out... and I am going to look at landing it in rawhide
in the next few days. 

Hopefully there won't be too much disruption caused by this (it's 17
packages), just wanted to give rawhide Xfce users a heads up. 

Also, any comments, help, edits with the Xfce 4.10 feature page are
most welcome:
