Odd Brocken Upgrade Path Error Messages

Hallo,

I have got the following error message from the build system:

    dist-f15-updates > f16 (stellarium-0.11.1-1.fc15
stellarium-0.11.0-1.fc16)

Unforunately, this makes no sense for me, because you can create a new
build for f16 and
you can't downgrade on dist-f15-updates.

For additional information stellarium-0.11.2-1.fc16 should be available
on f16 now.

So this makes no sense for me. I think such tests may be helpful before
the release
of f17 to avoid issues for the upgrade process.
