[RFE] Newer ETL version needed to build synfig and synfigstudio

I submitted a bug report[1] about ETL because upstream recently released 
a newer version.
As a result, synfig and synfigstudio will not built and depend to this 
new version of ETL. Since Lubomir is busy,
can someone rebuild ETL?
