Package libsmbclient needs to be rebuild against new samba4-common

I don't know if we need to do this for branched though.

You can get out of this using yum shell, by downgrading libsmbclient
and upgrading all of the samba4 stuff in one transaction. I don't know
if distro-sync is smart enough to figure out what to do. (But it might
work.)
