Sure, there's a bunch of people who develop stuff for Fedora here.

There's nothing inherently bad or incorrect about what he's designed here,
but the use cases that it's designed for would tend to break the
administrators and certain usage cases of Fedora and derived distributions
that we have, and so it may not be practical in a Fedora context.
